He actually broke it 7 weeks or so ago when he was in Ukraine. He was playing with some kids and lifted his hands inside a doorway and cracked it.
It swelled up, but felt somewhat better, so he never had it x-rayed, but after hurting so long, he wondered and then....
Peter shook his hand the other day and gripped it just right and sent Chris to his knees. Peter thought he was joking, but he wasn't. He decided he should have it x-rayed.
Sure enough....doc says it's broken, but there's really nothing that can be done to help except time. If he had gone earlier, there would be a cast, but since it's already set in the right place and healing on its own, they will just let it continue to do that. It will just be tender for a while.
